Orders & Preorders
Q: How do preorders work?
A: Preorders let you reserve your piece before it officially arrives. Once production is complete, we ship all preorders in the order they were received. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on each product page.
Q: Will preordering delay my order?
A: Preorders may take a few weeks longer than ready-to-ship items, but this allows us to reduce waste and make sure you get your size. We’ll always share updates by email and on Instagram.
Q: Can I change or cancel my preorder?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Please note, we cannot guarantee adjustments.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship within Hawai‘i and to the mainland?
A: Yes! We ship across Hawai‘i and the U.S. mainland. All orders are shipped from Hawai‘i Island.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Normally, shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your package. But since we’re just getting started, we’re keeping it simple with a flat rate charge at checkout.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days. Preorders ship once production is complete (see product page for estimates). Hawai‘i orders typically arrive faster than mainland shipments.

Q: Will you restock sold-out prints?
A: Each collection is limited and may not be restocked. Once a colorway is gone, it’s gone — so don’t wait too long.
Q: Do you sell in stores or just online?
A: Right now, we’re online only with occasional pop-ups in Hawai‘i. Stay tuned on Instagram for event announcements.
